Mr Carsten Mohr, holder of the German MISS SUPRANATIONAL license, met Ms Kirsis Celestino, the 2009 finalist from the Dominican Republic, in Wuppertal. The 21 year old Caribbean beauty lives since last year in Germany attending the famous Goethe Institute in Düsseldorf. In the Rhineland, Carsten has been for many years in politics.
