Luiza Cosmina Mocanu, 23, originally from Neamt County, chosen during the Filon de Romania event, at Cantacuzino Castle, on September 4, 2025.

She studied Public Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iași.

Her main passions are cooking, traveling and social media. Luiza try to cook as healthily as possible, take care of her diet and visit as many places as possible, because it helps a lot in the development and formation as a person.
