During the National Directors’ Lunch at the last Miss Supranational Experience, the President of the Miss Supranational Organization awarded the Miss Supranational Nepal director, Dr. Santosh Upadhyaya with the Miss Supranational Rising Star Award for new national directors.

Dr. Upadhyaya represented Nepal at Mister Supranational 2021 where he finished as the 3rd runner-up. Always keen to make a difference, he took on the role as National Director for Miss and Mister Supranational for Nepal. Explaining his reasons for doing so, Dr. Upadhyaya expressed his desire to create a platform for young leaders in Nepal.

As national director, he implemented innovative new ideas, such as calling the candidates ‘Talents’, putting high emphasis on the From the Ground Up Community Service Initiative, and coming up with an interesting 6 part series leading up to the live televised finals of Miss and Mister Supranational Nepal.
