Happy Birthday Jenny Kim

The gorgeous Jenny Kim who created history for Korea by winning the Miss Supranational 2017 crown, is celebrating her 26th Birthday today. On her birthday, we take a look at some of the facts about our queen.

Did you know Jenny is the first-ever winner from Korea in any major international pageant?

Apart from winning the crown for Korea, Jenny Kim was also the first one to receive the Miss Congeniality award because of her cheerful and charming personality.

An animal lover, Jenny has a pet named “Lucky” who she considers very special to her.

Although originating from Korea, Jenny spent the first 18 years of her life in Indonesia. She attended an international school and can speak three languages fluently.

Our President announces partnership with Metropole Hotel Bangkok

Gerhard Partzutka von Lipinski, President of the Miss Supranational Organization, announced today that the Metropole Hotel Bangkok, Thailand will the home of the new Miss Supranational when she is in Asia during the year of her reign.

The Metropole Hotel will offer our new queen treatment fit for a queen as she enjoys their world-class service whenever she is based in Asia. We look forward to spending time with our new queen in Thailand, the Kingdom of Smiles,” Parzutka von Lipinski said.

“We are very excited about joining hands with the Miss Supranational Organization and look forward to welcoming the new queen in Thailand soon after her crowing. Miss Supranational 2019 will have a luxurious home in Thailand and enjoy all our amenities during her year as Miss Supranational,” Rome Panitkuljukkrawal, General Manager of the Metropole Hotel commented.

Miss Supranational 2019: Contestants share their love for Poland

More than 70 delegates are currently in Poland to represent their countries at Miss Supranational 2019. We got a chance to talk to some of the delegates and ask what they feel about being in Poland. Here’s what some of them shared.

Miss Supranational Iceland

Hugrun Birta Egilsdottir (Miss Supranational Iceland): The journey has been great so far. I got to experience a little bit of Polish culture. The people here are so nice. I am loving it.

Miss Supranational Nepal

Rose Lama (Miss Supranational Nepal): Poland is great, the weather here is so nice, a little chilly than the Asian countries but it’s very nice here.

Miss Supranational Ukraine

Olena Liashuk (Miss Supranational Ukraine): This is my first experience here in Poland and I feel so comfortable because we are neighbors also.

Miss Supranational Paraguay

Katherine Masi (Miss Supranational Paraguay): I’m excited to learn about the culture, the food, the people. I’m also very happy because I got a chance to meet some amazing girls, and learn about their culture.

Miss Supranational Portugal

Carolina Liquito (Miss Supranational Portugal): I love love love Poland. It’s so beautiful, the weather is chilly but it’s perfect for me. The food is great, the people are polite. I don’t think I could have been happier.

Miss Supranational India

Shefali Sood (Miss Supranational India): It’s so nice here, I didn’t expect people to be so lovely, and welcoming and also the weather to be so warm, I don’t do very well in the cold but it’s quite pleasant out here.

Miss Supranational 2019: Sashing Ceremony

With the arrival of delegates from all over the world, Miss Supranational 2019 competition finally started with contestants receiving their sashes from none other than the reigning queen herself, Valeria Vasquez, during the sashing ceremony held at the Amphitheater in Hotel Ossa conference & spa.

The 70+ delegates from all over the world looked exquisite as they introduced themselves to the audience watching the sashing ceremony live on our official Youtube and Facebook page.
