Information clause
According to art. 13 para. 1 and par. 2 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016, I inform that we process your personal data:
- the administrator of your personal data is Nowa Scena Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Sopot, ul. 3-go Maja 67-69, e-mail address: biuro@nowascena.pl (hereinafter referred to as “ADO”).
- The scope of personal data that is processed:
- a/ name and surname,
- b/ email address,
- c/ telephone number.
- Your personal data will be processed in order to enable us to contact you and possibly conclude a contract in the future.
- Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the recruitment process or in the case of concluding a contract with us until the completion of the contract and the expiration of claims related to it;
- You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request correction, deletion or limitation of processing of such data, the right to transfer data;
- Due to reasons related to your special situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, you have the right to object if the data are used for direct marketing purposes, which will not be in our case Interest;
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when you feel that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions.
- Without providing your personal data, we will not be able to contact you and possibly enter into contracts in the future.
